1.Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Trueinception Private Limited (CIN U62090MH2024PTC418582), the company that provides TrueLink (“TrueLink”, “we”, “us”). By using TrueLink you agree to them.
If you use TrueLink for an organisation, you agree for that organisation and confirm you have the authority to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these terms.
2.The service
TrueLink is a private AI service for businesses. It includes the Companion (answers with sources, memory, briefs, reminders and meetings), the team app, business email, the analysers and the connectors, and, once launched, AI calling.
TrueLink is invite-only. An account is created after we review an eligibility request and set up the organisation. Features marked “coming soon” are not available yet. We may change, add or remove features over time.
3.Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and use TrueLink for business. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details and devices secure, and for what is done with your account.
The owner of an organisation is responsible for the team members they invite: for how they use TrueLink, and for obtaining their consent to the processing described in the Privacy Policy, including that their work in the team app flows into the owner’s memory.
4.Your content and permissions
You own your content: the messages, mail, recordings, files and other material you connect or upload, and what TrueLink produces from it for you. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you.
You confirm that you have the right to connect and upload your content, including other people’s messages on WhatsApp and in email, and call recordings, and that recording and processing them complies with the law that applies to you, including any consent it requires.
5.AI output
Answers, summaries, drafts and analyses are produced by AI. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, even when they show sources. They are not legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
Drafts are only drafts. Nothing is sent or done until you approve it, and you are responsible for what you approve and send.
6.Connected services
TrueLink works with services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google, Apple and Microsoft. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. They may limit, change or stop a connection at their discretion, including a WhatsApp linked-device connection. We are not responsible for their actions or for the loss of a connection, and we cannot promise that any connection will stay available.
7.Business email
When we host business email on your domain, do not use it for spam, phishing, malware or unlawful content, or to pretend to be someone else. We may suspend a mailbox that is used abusively or that puts our systems or other users at risk. Your domain stays yours to control: you manage its DNS records and can move your mail elsewhere.
8.Plans, credits and payments
- Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes apply as applicable.
- Each plan includes an allowance of AI credits and other limits. Credits are used up as you use the service.
- Credits you buy separately never expire.
- A change of plan takes effect when its payment is received.
Refunds are given only where the law requires, or as stated at the time of purchase.
9.Acceptable use
Do not use TrueLink to:
- break the law, or anyone’s rights;
- process personal data you have no right to process;
- harass, defraud or harm anyone;
- send spam or upload malware;
- probe, overload or get around the security of the service;
- copy or reverse-engineer the service, except as the law allows;
- resell the service without our written agreement.
10.Suspension and termination
You can stop using TrueLink at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other people. We will tell you when we reasonably can.
After your account ends, we delete your content, except what the law requires us to keep, and copies in backups are removed as those backups expire. Before it ends, save anything you want to keep; your business email can be copied with any mail app.
11.Intellectual property
TrueLink, its software, design and brand belong to Trueinception Private Limited. These terms give you the right to use the service, not any rights in our intellectual property. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
12.Disclaimers
We work to keep TrueLink reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its output will be accurate.
13.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
14.Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your content, from your use of TrueLink in breach of these terms or the law, or from a claim by a team member or anyone else about data you connected.
15.Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
16.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using TrueLink after that, you accept the new terms.
